IMI Bopp & Reuther Si 6106
This Si 6106 high-pressure steam safety valve is designed to control high forces.
The advantage of this high-pressure safety valve is a solid inlet nozzle, screwed in and welded. The material design is suitable for high temperatures with the option to choose the material at the inlet in accordance with customer specifications.
It is ideally combined with the AK pneumatic actuator and operated with the PC 50/53 control unit. This installation takes care of ‘controlling’ the discharge process. Open bonnet design with resulting bonnet chamber ventilation allows the use of a standard steel spring at fluid temperatures up to 400 degrees Celsius.
Suitable for applications such as boilers, superheaters, power plants and industrial steam generators, for steam temperatures above 500 degrees and large flow diameters with high pressures.
